I’m Dima, a designer with a background in banking, classifieds, and marketplaces. I’ve worked with companies and brands including Yandex, Raiffeisen Bank, Decathlon, and Leroy Merlin, as well as small teams and startups. My projects span Russia, Cyprus, and the US.
I like making complex products easier to use. There’s often a lot of thought and teamwork behind something that looks simple. I stay hands-on while shaping how design teams work.

How I work
To clarify our goals and explore how to reach them, I discuss ideas with stakeholders, review data, and talk to users. I care about how an interface works, looks, and feels — and its impact on the business.
Having built websites myself, I’m comfortable reading code and discussing technical decisions with engineers. I also build workflows with AI agents to support design and research.
I help designers see their strengths and decide where to grow. Competency frameworks and individual development plans help us agree on next steps.
Outside of work
In my triathlon days, I ran several marathons, completed a half Ironman, and logged thousands of kilometers on Zwift. I also started a local running club.
I enjoy skiing and cycling. When I want some time to myself, I head out on my paddleboard — I love the quiet out on the water.
